VETERAN all-rounder Jacques Kallis says there is “something special” about the Proteas side and could end years of disappointment to secure their first cricket World Cup title coming next year.The 35-year-old, starred with the bat and ball, scoring a brilliant 83 to take 3 / 30, as South Africa beat Pakistan by 57 runs in Dubai on Monday to win the series on March 1 next year 2.Kallis said tournament, which will be hosted jointly by India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, could be his last chance at the elusive crown, that South Africa has never won. “It could be my last World Cup,” he said. “Obviously, we have not had the success that many of us would have liked (in the World Cups). “But I really think this team (has) got something special going right now and if you just keep playing the kind of cricket we’re playing, there is no reason why we can not do it right.” South Africa has only won the trophy Champions 1998 and were re-admitted to international cricket.

The message I can give you is to really enjoy the World Cup, perhaps in the past we have not enjoyed as much as we have regular games,” he said.
